I'm taking/learning to embrace a pragmatic view: I use the daily blood-testing to indicate just WHAT works or doesn't work for me - foodstuffs and fasting - and then use these figures to create Trends. So, to answer your question I have ranged from a 5.6 to a 9.6 for a PreEveMeal. I'd suggest that this doesn't tell us much. Again, I'm starting to see that it's the trends that surely matter?i wondered what your evening figures are before evening meal?
