Really low this morning (3.5) after a meal out (wedding anniversary) - must have been the expensive wine and almost no carbs.

5.8 this morning - not happy and feel really poorly. Sick, headache and just..... not right.

5.2 for me as well
I'm going to have a full testing day today - and I've taken the opportunity to test a Tesco's own Nut Granola, which has similar carbs to the original Lizi's granola. It tastes sweeter than Lizi's but was nice.
5.5 before eating it.
8.1 at +30 minutes - not bad!
7.6 at +1hr (edit)
I'll come back and edit this as the day goes on.

I'm going to have a full testing day today - and I've taken the opportunity to test a Tesco's own Nut Granola, which has similar carbs to the original Lizi's granola. It tastes sweeter than Lizi's but was nice.
5.5 before eating it.

Looks like this could be another alternative breakfast, at least for me. Not too often, though.

5.9 this morning... got up early this morning for the loo and felt weird although was too half asleep to test... grrr. Now I have another hypo hangover. I must admit I hate the feeling of your head spinning out on your pillow and you can't seem to wake up.... so I'm like semi-conscious of it. Not sure how to get myself to wake up? It's cooler nights here now and that just makes me want to sleep even more... expecially considering how many interruptions I get during each night with my stomach. So the usual lately seems to be stomach, stomach, stomach.... then early morning maybe hypo. A decent sleep without all this rubbish would be nice

my highest in a long long time this morning... 7.4 :shock: Although I was out last night and came home early this morning... goes to show what stepping out of routine does for you. I didn't even drink any alcohol.... I only ate a quarter of the meal I ordered... but then we went to a cafe about 9.30 and I didn't want coffee and thought I'd have a treat instead of skinny hot choc. I'd say that sent my BGL through the roof as I didn't bolus for it either. I didn't really eat that much at all when I think about it... but then I didn't drink enough water either... that could've been it. The other thing is I was in the back seat of a car and we drove over a large distance several times... and I get motion sickness in the back seat. blah!
