What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.5 libre on last day with the sensor new one later. nice clear starry skies at the moment, looks like will turn out to be a cracker of a day :)
Pity they can’t keep the pool open, even if it’s just a couple of hours a day, have you found an alternative exercise yet?

Pleasantly surprised for the last few days my night time libre line has been five or just above almost horizontally .

I woke to five point five and now up and dressed it’s six point one .

i'm looking at maybe walks around the block several times a day alongside perhaps if some weights cheapish with upcoming sales to get a wee set for arms alongside some fairly light weight to attach for during walks.

i spoke way too early about nice and clear soon as said it .. well within half an hour overcast again lol but hey its DRY so all good, was nice to see some stars anyway in the early hours :D

5.4 libre. bit of blood running down arm when inserted. only had that happen twice in 10 months so not too bad :)

not looking forward to monday needs done, bloods :( will be handing them some instructions to not rant on asking repeatably if ok to do. picking up some diazapan from chemist in a bit to take prior to appt.
