What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

libre 4.8 today :) last couple of weeks of regular swimming for several months :/

Is it an outdoor pool?

its an indoor pool 8-5pm issue is its at a holiday park which effectively shuts down from end of october til april. bar restraunt etc there all closed it opens up for 10 days during xmas (fri/sat&sun) for 2 weeks covering the xmas holidays with restricted hours someting like 10-4pm. I don't really understand their reasoning they continue to keep the pool heated through those months, their full time staff (they have 4) are still in just cleaning and 'training' during those months. all part time staff are zero hour contracts. its a shame as the other pool in the area is also closed 'refurbishment' - which is not expected to reopen for years structural steel pillars needing replaced as rusty alongside some abestos issue. imo with the other pool it would be much better if they knocked it down and built a decent leisure complex with new facilities, with likes of lazy river couple of flumes and a wave machine. theres very little to do in my area for children. its a shame that likes of youth disco etc stopped during lockdown never restrarted so many kids into drink/drugs biggest complaint from them 'nothing to do'.

anyhow i'll stop my rambling off for a walk then swim when it opens

Its a winner for bloods but its a hug for the kids' loss.

5.5 today. Liking these low numbers which I think are due to eating less, my cynicism does wonder if it is just a fortunate pack of strips though. I'll find out whether it is the strips as I have a day to go before I'm into a new box. Fingers crossed. ;)
