Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Back to reposting. I was off testing for a couple of months. Same old same old.

My Tues. waking BG this a.m. was 5.1 mmol/L.
(I skipped my Metformin this a.m. to see what my post meal BG would be. It was 7.1 mmol/L)

My A1c is 5.4% after 21 tests on my MySugr app.

My New Year's eve waking a.m BG is 4.8 mmol/L

4km run yesterday, -12ºC icy. Four hours after finish, wicked 3.7 mmol/L hypo. Thought I was going to collapse. Had DEX4 which cleared it up. BG was 9.8 mmol/L late into the evening after supper.
