Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

How do they measure blood glucose? What scale do they use? I'm in Argentina, and my glucometer uses a different scale. For example, the normal range is between 70 and 100 mg/dL, and it calculates the average of the last three months, so I can estimate my glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) from that.

Hi,

I woke at 2.9mmol this morning which translates as 52mg/dl. Rounded down.

Lowest ever reading this morning. 4.6.

Not sure I trust this new monitor yet, but my first reading with it 5 days ago was 8.6, then subsequent days, 4.9, 5.1, 5.1 and 4.6.
