I'm not particularly trying to put on weight, well possibly on my ribs (i put more weight on my legs) but I've had so so much to eat, and I definitley should have put on near a stone the amount I've had! (I've been binging on chocolate D:)

Well I was wondering, why have I stayed the same weight? I'm not complaining but I would like to put some weight on my top half as I said. Anyone know any way I could do this?

Does anyone else experience this? I thought it might be to do with diabetes (not gaining weight)
I don't really know

Hi Jeleca,

What are your sugar levels like? If they are not well controlled then you may end up losing weight (or finding it difficult to put weight on).

What do you typically eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner?

If you're looking to put weight on safely then I would probably look to add more protein to your diet, if you're not doing so already.

Failing that, Krispy Kremes a plenty! :)

Hello.
I am trying to put on some weight also.
You say eating more protein is a good solution but i ask: doesn't too much protein harm the kidneys or liver? What should be the correct amount of protein to take?
Thanks...
