I first went to the doctors with an injury I picked up playing football. My left foot was killing me with sharp pains & it hurt when I walked etc. I had blood tests & was told 6 weeks later I had low sodium levels & they monitored it closer. I then found out I had type 1 diabetes in July this year. I was due to go on holiday with my partner & due to this discovery I wasn't allowed to travel there or to a stag do in magaluf 3 weeks later. I took everything on the chin & after 2-3 month of hospital visits sorted levels & got them under control. I was told they were as high as 55 blood levels. The highest the people in hospital had seen. I had no symptoms to diabetes at all & it hit me hard. I got levels under control to what I think is acceptable. My theory is to get them as low as possible at the time but if I feel they are low (and I think you can tell I have a tracker bar or something). I hall now I'm having physio for my feet as at 1st it was my left foot I injured & im being told I have plantar facicis & I can only think it started from wearing football boots with blade on AstroTurf rather than the trainers id always wore. This was due to playing 11a side for the 1st time in 9 years. It's the hardest thing to take but I've bought the Asics trainers n done a thing called foot disc where it measured my instep n I have an overhang in my instep! The pain of this keeps me awake at night & im hoping physio etc in the next few weeks can help cure whatever this is. Sorry for going on but if any1 has previous of this I'd like a bit on info
