    39 have had metformin cut from 2000mg to 500mg a day, and Doctor said he’s happy to pass my medical to drive HGV vehicles as I was worried about driving when I was diagnosed, so I’m very happy

    Testing 2 hours after eating, I have always done so after finishing my meal but I just heard that you should test 2 hours after the first bite.. Which is correct ?..

    I’ve been using Avocado oil for all my cooking needs, however it is expensive. I was going to try Rapeseed oil, but nutritionalist Sarah Flower in her book Eating to beat type2 diabetes said it was forbidden.... just shows sometimes you don’t know who to believe

    Stopped using Sunflower oil, heard bad things about it currently using avocado oil. Olive oil has been touted but apparently when it reaches a certain temperature it releases toxic chemicals so no good for frying but ok for dressing salads

    This is how I used to feel, I’ve decided not to obsess over HBA1C, just carry on low carbing and exercising. I’m losing weight and am certain I will reach non diabetic levels sooner rather than later However congratulations on the progress you have made

    Sometimes going every other day, apples were great but out of bounds now what foods on keto would help... I think too much protein meat eggs bacon sausage is the cause, I’ve heard that broccoli helps, but what else any advice please

    Is it safe to stay on Keto forever my HbA1c was 110 and eight weeks later I got it down to 58. People have said that eating too much bacon sausage and saturated fat will lead to me reversing my diabetes but ending up with heart disease, when I’ve got down to non diabetic levels should I ditch Keto?
