Really miss this stuff, used to be twice a week not had one since September.
How often without undoing all the good work or is it simply out of bounds

I enjoy this delicious icecream. Oppo. Doesn't rock my sugars. Give it a whirl.

Not being able to eat as many chocolate digestives as I used to.
@Laconic - don't think of it as a 'cheat day'.

Think of it as a 'reward day'. It's psychologically more benificial to reward yourself for being saintly all week than it is to feel guilty for cheating. Makes it easier to stay on the wagon, just don't start rewarding yourself every day;)

I have cheat moments every day. But it's likely to be 90% Lindt dark chocolate. So it's not really cheating much.
