    One meal today, (OMAD,) pesto chicken with spinach, mushrooms fried in olive oil, finely chopped fried celery, cauliflower rice and extra parmesan. Very yummy and filling at 4pm, still full now at 9.45.

    Hi @Benmyers I am newly diagnosed T2 and had the exact same thing with my eyes. It scared me a lot! They are getting back to normal now after 4 weeks, so as others have said, don't worry. Welcome to this forum where loads of lovely people are on hand to support you!

    You're on the right track Bonnie! Don't be discouraged. It's probably Dawn Phenomenon and stress that's giving you higher numbers, also it's early days for you, just keep going! Also, I had the biggest sweet tooth but your tastebuds really change after a while of no sugar xx
