    Got type 1 in Nov. My Hba1c was 9.8 then. Had my first real Hba1c result yesterday and got 6.4 :) Pretty good I guess, but im sure that was due to honeymooning! :(

    Thanks guys, just on the carbs in weetabix. I was told by my diabetic team to always have carbs at meal times, they told me to go brown with everything, brown pasta, brown rice, brown bread etc. I understand less carbs = less insulin...but if I cover the carbs with the correct insulin then...
