That was what I was thinking. But would I need to add any sugar or honey to the topping or the blackberry mix. Think I might add an apple to the fruit mix.

Rip Off Food. Tonight on BBC1 at 7.30.

Watched it and surprised that bran flakes contain 20-30% sugar. Glad I don't eat bran flakes. Apparently they recommended Shredded Wheat and Weetabix as a more natural cereal for breakfast. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

I lost a lot of hair after having a hysterectomy. I presume it was due to the menopause. EPO is good for hair and skin conditions. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

Why does my Urine smell like TCP?

I get that too after eating fish. I googled it and apparently it has something to do with not being able to breakdown fish in your system. http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/trimethyla ... ction.aspx Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

Who saw the channel 4 programme yesterday?

So we all lose weight, within 'normal' levels. Our HbA1c comes back to 'normal' levels and we are diagnosed 'cured'. So if we now eat a nice big chocolate cake as a treat, our BG stay within normal range? If we don't get BG spikes we are cured? Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

sorry off topic i guess (tailbone pain)

I've had the same pain before. I found it easiest to either lie down and watch TV or stand up. It took a few weeks to go away. Not sure if slouching in bed watching TV propped up with pillows was putting pressure on the base of my spine. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

Re: How long have you had your bg meter & pens? I recently got a meter for free from my Asda pharmacy. Someone had run out of strips, so they gave the pot strips away and I got a new meter. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

It looks a bit gimmicky to me. If you have a Ben Dunne gym close to you, membership is only £11 per month, with no contract. Plus the gym isn't full of fit body builders. I have joined my local Ben Dunne. Really enjoying exercising. http://www.bendunnegyms.com/england.aspx Sent from the...
