    Well done! Mine started at 148 when diagnosed just over 3 months ago. 2 months ago it was down to 78, and i have an appointment tomorrow and i will find out the current result! Really hoping that it has gone down to the correct level!!

    I use gluco tabs. I buy them in the big pots of 50, then transfer them into the small tubes of 10 to carry around with me.

    Type 2 Carbs v Sugars

    I have only been diagnosed 3 months, and i carb count. Im allowed to eat anything as long as i count it, and limit the bad sugars. I count the whole amount of carbs, not the sugars. Although i have not been given a specific range to stick under.
