    How often to eat

    So I'm type 1 I'm trying to lose weight and I'm cutting down carbs, how often would you recommend eating for this. My boyfriend encourages eating every three hours to help with weight loss I've read in a book somewhere every four hours for type 1 because of insulin. Ne idea ne 1? Pinkx
