    6.0 this morning, one of those weird ones because I came as close as possible to "no carbs" yesterday! Only had whatever carbs there were in a salad and a couple of cups of tea with s/s milk. Hey ho. Never satisfied.

    6.2 here, thought I did pretty well for carbs yesterday and I ate the same thing as I had the previous night - but three hours later.

    Guess that v low carb is starting to have an effect - 5.4 this morning. ETA - after one cup of coffee with double cream, and a one hour circuits session it’s 10.9, recorded for interest.
