Quick one for you guys, do you know the black cartridge compartment cap. When I unscrewed this before an alarm would sound straight away. I have done a canular change and now when I unscrew the cap, nothing happen - is this correct ?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had problems setting this up. I have downloaded everything, but my usb scanner doesn't seem to pick up my pump, the green light at the top flashes, but nothing happens and it keeps saying connect device on the screen. Anyone got any advice - thanks

Ok thanks, so what do you do just stick the new cannula into the existing cartridge?, do you have to go through the rewind, load cart and prime again ?

I know this sounds stupid, but it's my first day on the vibe with saline, when I change the canular every 3 days, does the cartridge also required to be changed, so if there is any insulin left, is this just disregarded and a new cartridge used with more insulin - thanks for any responses

HI, I am just starting on the Animas Vibe pump, and just wondering how people use it when exercising. Usually when on MDI's i calculate the carbs, take 30g away for the run I will do and bolus for the remainder - Do I do the same on the pump ? - any help would be nice - thanks
