As for my food i have porridge from breakfast. Salad for lunch and grilled meat at night. My nurse says my weight is very good especially happy with all my exercise

Hi what is the most amount of metformin you can in one day. Im currently just had my tablets increased from 2 in the morning and 1 at night. I am now on 2 in morning 2 at night and my blood is still at 13.6 2 hours after food. I am eating healthy same as before and blood levels still not going down

Just had my blood results back and they have said my blood count is abnormal, they said need to see gp about making a plan? I cant get in doctors for a couple of weeks but im away on a sports tour. Doctor was supposed to phone today, not had a phonecall. Why do we have to have full blood counts...

Hmm but the thing is i need pasta, rice because i play sport all over the country and it keeps me going, i dont eat these all on same day its one from the list every day. I tried glucose gel if needed during my sports but i need toilet a lot more
