Hi, I want to try the ProtectIT socks but unsure if I need the comfort or therapeutic ones. Wasnt clear which ones for diabetic neuropathy.. Main issue is the real soreness under toes so they have to be really soft... Not sure which ones to buy if anyone can advise please.. Thanks

want to cook the tofu a bit like paneer (which I have seen but not made) so I get really spicy dry cubes I could use on salads etc... or as a snack... just dry fry with some spices and oil then leave to marinate afterwards?
