    They are light-handed and happy that i am on the right path and achieving results now just to keep progressing, I went on my 1st official training jog this morning walk then jog then walk etc managed 45 minutes and 4k which was ok and much helped thanks to some amazing advice on here.

    I told both my nurse and my Dr about lchf and both were fine with it and my Dr expressed how good it was that I was doing low carbs as this would have the greatest benefit to me.

    HI yes i test after every meal atm as i am still trying to figure out what is best which is how i found out porridge was a no go spiked me to 16.1. i eat around about 8-900 calories a day.
