    Failed myself today. Breakfast and lunch were fine, the struggle came at the cinema and I failed. Popcorn and chocolate, guessed on insulin dose, BG now quite high. Just given a correction and hoping it comes down before bed.

    Update, I didn't make the phone call but I have just this minute completed the online self referral form. Apparently I will be contacted within 7 working days, takes the pressure off me making the call myself.

    I was 1 unit to reduce by 3 but recently my DSN suggested 1 unit to reduce by 2.     I haven't yet, I think it was easier yesterday because I knew it was Bank Holiday so they likely wouldn't answer. Today they will and I'm a little nervous. I've just seen my DSN and she is happy with the progress I have made but did push again for me to give the mental health team a call.

    Peckish again after my evening meal, craving 'naughty' food. Just had an 18g bar of chocolate (10g carbs per bar) and some belvita biscuits (30g carbs per pack) so a total of 40g carbs. I did take insulin for it however I'm stressing it's going to throw me off

    Yes had insulin about 30 minutes before breakfast. Probably didn't make the best choice but I needed some carbs. Took myself for a short walk after shopping and still at 10.1 now but that's still so much better than usual.
