    Hello, I take 500mg metformin x4 daily and was yesterday prescribed 80mg Gliclazide to try bring my levels down. I forgot to ask the nurse if there are vitamins I should be taking? I've heard that metformin reduces your B-12 levels?

    Its funny you mention more meds, I moved house and changed doctors a few months ago, I was on 850mg x2 daily metformin for over a year, my new doc put me on 500mg x4 daily, I dunno if that has something to do with that.
