It's 3lbs (1.5 kilos) on top of another 9 or so that have crept on since my lowest. I want to lose the lot. Still normal bmi but I liked being thinner. Bgs monitored, waist increasing slightly, thighs more so. Hba1c up to 41 from 40 last year.And I have no idea what 3 lbs means. Love it that Brits and Americans mean I get to use my dashboard converter.... it's less than one and a half kilos? - I think that's not a lot in the scheme of things! Did it keep you in the same BMI range? I think so? Or, are you measuring your waist? belly? or? Your BGs? (Or, all of the above?)
