‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

Rose to the challenge once again on Sunday. We concluded our last meal of the day by 6.30 pm and I still feel pleasantly full at well past bedtime.

Night night all. Sleep well.

Have added an extra cup of herbal/fruit tea to my evening to hopefully keep me feeling full and increase my hydration so I try to have 3 cups between dinner and bed

And I have no idea what 3 lbs means. Love it that Brits and Americans mean I get to use my dashboard converter.... it's less than one and a half kilos? - I think that's not a lot in the scheme of things! Did it keep you in the same BMI range? I think so? Or, are you measuring your waist? belly? or? Your BGs? (Or, all of the above?)
It's 3lbs (1.5 kilos) on top of another 9 or so that have crept on since my lowest. I want to lose the lot. Still normal bmi but I liked being thinner. Bgs monitored, waist increasing slightly, thighs more so. Hba1c up to 41 from 40 last year.
Not drastic but frustrating and tenacious

OK, I hear you @MrsA2. It's 'all of the above' then? I agree on intermittent fasting regimes being really good for the kind of physical (and blood glucose system) fine tuning you are going for. Ditto exercise? Muscle development etc.

We met our target once again on Monday evening; fed and watered and kitchen closed by 7.00 pm.
I still feel pleasantly full at well past bedtime.

Good night all. Sleep well.

Having gone to bed last night smug that I was hungry but able to ignore it, today was not a good day.
Didn't eat properly in the day and paid for it this evening. Still eating now at 9 p.m. as very hungry. All low carb, but late

Afraid, I'm way behind with posting, as always

We met the challenge once again on Tuesday evening; fed and watered and kitchen closed by 6.30 pm.
