‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

3.45pm but might have a bit of cheese later.
 
I dont eat after 1800hrs, done this for a while now,water only.
2 meals a day,then OMAD sometimes..eating same time each day like 9/10am & 4/5 pm is good to help the body clock..and supports my Blood sugars..
50-100 grams of carb daily.divided into two meals..
