‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

I do the 7pm cut off time.
The reason is simple.
If I have something that causes the trigger for high blood glucose levels, then the hypo. It is within a four hour period, since eating. I'm usually in my pit around 11pm (ish).
So I know I'm not going to hypo.
It works for me.
I tried 7pm cut off. Ended up with very low count upon waking in the morning plus hypo . Now back to a snack at 8.30pm, and back to normal numbers.

That sounds a much more sensible approach for a type 1.
The early cut off, or even 1 meal a day or other forms of time restricted eating are reputed to have the most benefits for type 2s

I find that doing something like crochet in the evening keeps my mind away from food :) Hobbies and interests are great for occupying the mind and as well as keeping me away from the food, it gives me a positive mindset - a win, win!
I've got a knitting project started.

@Dinet As you can see we’re posting the times we finish eating so the answer is yes!
What are the usual things you eat for you main meal? Perhaps you’re not eating enough?
I only saw this reply today!
I need to learnt this app better so I can get notifications.
For all that's worth answering now,
I think I eat enough in the evening but I always had this "problem" of feeling hungry 3 hours after eating.
It s worse now that I m on ozempic coz the portions I can eat are smaller.
The hunger at night triggers a raging battle of wills inside my head almost every night. Sometimes I give up on fighting diabetes anymore and sometimes I win
