I wonder if @semiphonic won that bet and gone cruising in that wishful yacht he wants. And is now living the life on some tropical isle! Hope so! Hope he's ok!
Come on Rovers!
You werent far off Nosher it finished 5-0 and could have been more. Now why couldnt they have played like that in the world cup.
So good to have you back mate! Missed our chats! It was nice for rovers! Still not out of the woods yet, thinking if we stay up and then we can have a go next year. Into October and the seasons over! The paint pot cup might get us to Wembly, lol!Haha I wish mate! No winning bet, no boat and no tropical isle! I'm fine mate, found myself turning into the sort of person I avoid on the forum, so I put myself in quarantine for a bit....
Can't believe Rovers actually won, nearly fell off my chair! This is surely the kick start your season needed.
I'm really pleased with the mighty Hammers start to the season, 7th in the Prem sandwiched between the spuds and arsenal. Sakho is looking like an absolute bargain...
As @semiphonic said we still are not good enough to go far in the big comps. It took half an hour for the first. One or two useful performances though. You werent far off Nosher it finished 5-0 and could have been more. Now why couldnt they have played like that in the world cup.

Hammers are doing fine, who was it that predicted relegation?
Good to have you back though I have been busy myself. You missed some good threads!
The problem is England played exactly like they did in the World Cup, 5-0 against the joint worse team in the world isn't much of an achievement, Germany beat them 13-0 a little while ago....
What about the Superwhites? Have you given up on them?Fleetwood away win and Sheff Utd Home win and Accrington home win.York away win.
Hhave only just caught up with that thread myself. It was a really good interesting thread full of thoughtful observations, (trying not to get into bovver here!)
It's a pity it ended but things are getting done for the better.
Back to footie. We have signed a striker from swindle. Apparently not scored many. George Barker. Hope he get a bagful tomorrow!
Is the knee any better?
What about the Superwhites? Have you given up on them?
Oh yeah! Tight control. Nowt above 7.0 after 2 hours. Have been trying a few more carbs but because I'm now on 100mg of sitagliptin, I should treat myself.
Fanimo returned to you last week, her only had a late subs appearence, according to the club he wasn't doing enough to warrant a place.
My mate had a big op on his knee and my eldest struggles bowling after a while and they both use a knee support which is lightweight and cheap off the internet. I don't know what it's called but I will find out. Most of my lot watch rovers when they can. For some reason they won't sit next to me. Something about acting my age not my shoe size!
Hey ho!
