Just don't expect it to taste o breads, how ever the cauli base is good plus you can put all the cheesey meaty toppings on to give it that booomIm gonna look it up and I think sat night may well be pizza night.
You can´t do low carb AND low fat at the same time. That leaves you with protein as the main energy provider and a lot of protein can do bad things to firstly your kidneys and secondly to your bg.Are type 2's okay to eat quark and mozzarella please, I'm looking to add more low fat low carb foods to my low carb low fat diet.

A high proportion of Japanese are lactose intolerant, which is why cheese is hard to find out there. It is available but the decent stuff is a luxury item.
