O MG.
You are all braver than me. Seriously, scary and dangerous, even though those cows look like nice gentle girls, give them a wide betth. They can gang up on you!
Ha ha haaaa!!
..Daughter coming down today so I won't be out walking as I don't know what time she'll be here...am going to look on YouTube and get some ideas for exercises on there that I can do here at home today...but not when my son-in-law's here, he would have hysterics laughing lol....
..hope you're feeling better today Pipp..
I recon the cows had a dodgy GPS - they had probably been looking for that treasure for half an hour!View attachment 5098

Pipp,I am feeling better today, thank you.
Have already put in 30 mins walking round the shops. I was holding a supermarket trolley to stay upright, and it was slow moving. If this sounds like a cop out because it doesn't sound like exercise, please be gentle with me. I have a wheelchair that I cannot use because the good old NHS just saw fat girl with diabetes when they assessed me for it. Ignored the fact that the fat girl with diabetes was not fat and did not have diabetes when she injured her spine, making it impossible to self propel a wheelchair. I don't know anyone who has the stamina to push someone as big as me around in a wheelchair. Normally I just manage to get to places in the car, and walk very short distances with sit down breaks every few yards.
Pipp
Did my 1hr cycle. Actually just under 1hr today and finding the hills are getting a tiny bit easier.
Put on a sprint at one flat point - peddling hell for leather, only to be passed by my hubby who was free wheeling and shouting 'eat more cake' - seriously!
Never mind - one word springs to mind....puncture. Hehehe
home from a 7 mile mountain bike X3 geocache insertion, kids absolutely pooped lol all good though
Pipp,
What's great is that you're making an effort to do just a bit more every day - it doesn't matter what you do, every time you make the effort it's another win - and that's awesome.

Well they helped me to get started. I was not able to stand for a while, but these have a start point sitting in a chair...Pipp that list is brilliant, just the sort I'm aiming at to start with.....some of the ones I found on YouTube are fine if you're a contortionist which obviously I'll be doing at the end of the 42 days....but for the moment less strenuous ones ....
Back to work and the lunch hour walking today....have a great day all..
