Phew Catching up...... started riding my bike home and to work (14 miles each way and hillllllly ouch) driving up reigate hill seems a lot flatter but hey ho, i only nearly fell off twice last night and once this morning so getting better with the pedals I've also nearly mastered the timing the traffic lights so i can keep my feet locked into pedals, only one near fatality doing this so far, my legs are gone but it must be doing me good right?.... right? we have been going out every night geocaching as my 11 yr old LOVES it hehe, i do too luckily but even if i didn't id have to go anyway, england playing football wasn't good enough reason not to go lol (thank you sky+), so a busy weekend finding treasure and on the mountain bike, which is cool as my butt needs a rest from the road bike, the mountain bike seat feels like sitting on fluffy pillows after the spike they call a seat on the road bike, I've pretty much stopped running

can't find the motivation but once the legs get used to the bike ill pick it back up, anyway well done everyone
