    ...really well done Peacetrain, I'm so pleased for you :)

    ...my daughter is down this weekend but she wasn't here till 1 so I went for a very long walk along the cliffs this morning, very peaceful and quiet, most people were down on the beach as its been a lovely sunny day.....not now though, its peeing it down...o_O

    Sorry Jamrox, I was just being silly and referring to saying I wouldn't do dots anymore, not to you wanting to lose 4lb. Go for whatever you feel comfortable with, I wish I'd done so well, have a stone to lose still..

    Don't be daft I didn't take offence . I knew what you meant and I had shouted about achieving my goal :)
    Keep at it , maybe go off it for a couple of days , I did that and it seemed to kick start things again.
