"A new you in 42"

..I'm matching you too today julifriend, 30 minutes walk, very muggy here makes me feel lethargic, ten minutes on the twistboard when I got home...

...I'll do a swap with anyone who doesn't like hoovering, I don't mind it at all but in return I'll be dropping off my ironing as I hate detest and loathe it......by the way did I tell you I didn't like it....? ;) ... my best time ever was when wrinkle look clothes were in fashion, bring 'em back....

I would say DEAL Pollylocks....but as long as you all keep very quiet about this....hubby still does the vacuuming.....you don't happen to like cleaning cookers do you?

what I hate about housework is its relentless nature. You no sooner sit down to gaze contentedly at your work and it is messy and dusty and needs doing all over again.

Yes cold ethyl, same here. That's what I am not good at. I need to learn to do a 'quick vacuum' of the bits that show, and a quick dust and tidy.....but I have to always 'do things properly and pull all the furniture out etc. and of course I don't always have the time for that. I am hopeless at the maintenance stuff. Do you like cleaning cookers by any chance?

not really. I like cleaning sinks though. And tiles.

Oooooh really? The only cleaning I like doing is cleaning the loos!

Tiles are fun with an old toothbrush and some bleachy cleaner... loos - I do my own and leave himself to do the one in his shower room .

I know this is meant to be about exercise, but I don't know what I want for my evening meal....would it be very wrong to have 681 calories of .....cheese?
Depends whether you want the cheese or weight reduction the most?
Oh and how many calories you have had the rest of the day.
Doh! Now you have got me dreaming of a nice chunk of stilton. Good job there is none in, and I am in my p.j.s not the sort of girl to go shopping in a state of undress.

I want the weight reduction, that's why I am trying hard to get my metabolism going by eating the amount of calories that myfitnesspal says I should. I would have preferred to go without, but 700 calories isn't enough to keep me from going into 'famine mode' and I am so scared of messing things up again by not eating enough. Cheese is the only protein I really love on its own without carbs, so when I need to make myself eat more it's usually cheese.....121 grams of it tonight, but I did force a plateful of salad down with it.

well done zand
How are you finding myfitnesspal? After my initial enthusiasm, I still like it but it seems to overestimate calories used, and underestimate calories consumed. Maybe I am not inputting the info correctly.

44 minutes brisk walk this evening.

10 minutes YouTube Zumba at lunch time.

15 times up and down the stairs in blocks of 5 during the hour after my evening meal.

Hey peacetrain, I had forgotten the stair climbing method. I only watch BBC though, so no advert breaks.

I don't do the calories used bit because I thought the values looked dodgy. Yes I like it mostly, it's good to get the carb values there and it's helping me to go lower carb than before. It also is the only way I can make myself drink enough fluids and consume enough calories. I think the calories consumed seem about right...certainly my evening meal was because I worked out from the packs how many grams I would need and then input it to mfp and it came out the same. The worst thing is....when I'm at the PC after I have completed mfp entires I tend to stay awhile and waste time on the PC.
