Oh dear. well hope you feel better soon.
Oh dear! It seems to be a day of incapacity...the only exercise I got today was going back and forth to the bathroom at work...switched from semi skimmed milk to almond milk in my coffee a few days ago and it definitely doesn't like me....googled it and I'm not the only one .... just a splash of ordinary milk from tomorrow...

i was proper busy yesterday and apart from work i didn't have enough time to pass wind, so i have to go into the shopping mall thingy to grab something so with this thread on my mind and my guilt pangs of not knowing how i was going to fit in some movement, i ran into the mall across the ground floor up the escalator across the top floor and back through the mall in reverse, the security person didn't know weather to tackle me to the ground or run away at the top of the escalator lol you guys are gonna get me arrested![]()
Sounds like a plan. I especially like that it will be open to new people to join in. Perhaps it needs an explanation that the aim is to build up to 40 mins. Some people (me included at the moment) might be put off at the thought of 40 mins a day as a start point.I like the sporty forty club because it doesn't have an start or end point and that means that people can join at any time .
It also means an extra 10 minutes.
What do you think

Hey zand, think it must be a week for feeling poorly. Take it easy and get well soon.I tried to get up and go for a walk today but I am not feeling well and have a massive headache. I am going back to bed. Sorry, I have not done well with this since my holiday. I like the sporty forty club idea though.
