Hi All,
I have been trying to install the free Accu-Chek Compass software onto my new computer which is running Windows 7. The software installed OK but the infra-red connection kept asking for a driver, which I cannot find. I called Accu-Chek who told me that the software is out of date and has been replaced by a new version (called ?-pix). They now charge £20 for this software (previously it's been free!) then they said that if I purchased it they wouldn't guarantee that it will work with Windows 7, as it hasn't been tested on this system at all.
What are they spending all their profit from the test sticks on then?? Does anyone know of a meter that has free software which will run on Windows 7 please?
