Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)

It never ceases to amaze me why high profile celebrities with plenty of money would want to steal low value goods......it's AWT family and I feel sorry for in all of this! :(
 
Yes, but he's supposed to be ill with it isn't he?
Instead of 'letting him off' I think it would have done him good to have been arrested and taken to court, because then the judge would probably order him to get professional help.

It wouldn't have hurt his reputation anymore than it has, as everyone knows about it.

Yes. Never accept a caution - it's basically an admission of guilt.

I thought about shopliftng a copy of his Diabetic Cookbook from Tescos, but decided that it was easier just to pay for regular toilet paper.

Naughty, naughty, lol, but I LIKE that one. Put the grin back into a fast closing afternoon.
 
My kids BOUGHT me his diabetic cook book for Christmas last year! Have you seen it? Can't distinguish it from any other cookbook, accept that there's more honey in the cooking, with LOADS of white rice .........bigger crime than his shoplifting!
