Poor grammar, bullying and drunks.
Personally, peas spike my bg which is a shame because I love them. The only way to know for sure if you have the same result is to test using your glucometer.

I am able to eat frozen garden peas without problems. Just looking at the Tesco website, the Birdseye frozen peas are 7.5g per 100g. That is good enough for me.

I can also manage smaller quantities of home made mushy peas using dried marrowfat peas. 100g cooked marrowfats are 12.8g.

I eat cooked frozen petit pois and also fresh uncooked mange tout / sugar snap peas in a salad with no spikes. We are all different. That is the reason for having a meter and testing your own reactions to different foods

I'd lay a bet the sausage had something to do with that, plus the little bit of mash you did eat, and then all that combined with the peas. (and did you have any gravy?) 59.6% carbs.

I can eat a tablespoonful of petit pois, depending on what else I am eating in the same meal.

In fact it's available here freshly. It's also reasonably priced about 0.7 dollar for one kilograms

When I eat at Wetherspoon’s I pick the gammon and eggs, it’s served with tomato and mushroom, than I ask them to substitute the chips with a side salad. This meal usually shows identical or lowers blood sugars before and two hours afterwards for me.
EDIT I think it may have peas too but I can tolerate them and you could always leave them!

How many sausages? How big? An average bog standard sausage has just shy of 8g carb - as spoons is a budget place probably not a high grade sausage- which is fine for those not bothered by carbs (they used to be my favourite sausage until I startedvlow carb) plus a little bit of mash and a few peas and gravy if you had it

Just looked thats the carb count so probably at least 35g of carbs in your meal - never mind - I love sausage but I avoid it outside the home unless I know the origin

Yes on all counts, plus large glass red wine and white coffee, my first blow out since Christmas though, will try IF to-night until lunch tomorrow.
