i was diagnosed type 2 a few months ago.at that time and up until 2 days ago i have experienced no symptoms.i started a great low carb diet 6-7 weeks or so ago,but sadly got fed up after 3 weeks and started reverting back to ale,bread products,potatoes wholemeal rice,crisps etc.GOD ITS SO HARD!!! (at least nothing like former amounts tho).still suffered no diabetic symptoms as result.then 2 days ago i drank a lot,ate 5 packs crisps,2 ham sandwiches.pizza and chips.never felt so bad in my life.as the evening and night progressed it felt as if every inch of my body had been pounded with baseball bats.my joints an muscles were screaming,skin v hot.i was getting shivers and spaced out. i thought it was maybe some virus and was finally recovered by morning.started barreling some homebrew next day.ended up drinking a load of it again.only ate a sensible home made chicken an lentil curry tho this time.same result hrs after,same symptoms maybe even worse.pretty much recovered by morning.had my usual bowl of porridge for breakfast and within an hour my muscles started aching more and feeling bit spaced again.
does this sound like my diabetes and its suddenly got really bad? or is it mere coincidence and im suffering a virus.another couple days may tell,but wld really appreciate any thoughts insights as has got me worried.thanks in advance to anyone.rad
