    Hi guys wanting to try and have a tiny bit of baileys on Christmas Day this year, any advice?

    sorry I know I ask a lot of questions :(

    Will a 'tiny bit' be enough for you? It wouldn't for me, which is why sticking to Whisky or Bourbon works better. They don't contain carbs, having a bit more is is not a problem. Having said that, a small amount of Bailey's shouldn't be a problem. The hard part is knowing how much to bolus.

    Have the Baileys and see what happens, then you know for next time ;)
    If you're just having one nothing horrific should happen.

    Google keto baileys. Plenty of recipes out there, just be careful of the sweetners. And some seem to make huge amounts. I'm going to try one nearer the day

    I will second what has been said here ^^^^ I do love a good whisky though, have recently discovered some nice Japanese ones which require no bolus etc.
