Are two bananas per day okay with a LCHF diet? I find them very filling.

See https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/fruitsThat's a handy graphic @Robbity . Thanks, I printed it off for the kitchen!
Rather a pity that raspberries, strawberries and blueberries that are currently easily available were not included as rasps and strawberries are about the lowest carb fruits and blueberries are not too bad.
Rasps = 4.6
Strawbs = 6.1
Blueberries = 9.1

Thanks for the pix, I can now see why my GP put me on Metformin last September when my hba1c went up into the 7% region.then bananas will definitely be off limits, being one of the highest carb fruits around.
Many thanks for that very useful link!!
Blackberries are not too bad either at just over 5g, redcurrants and gooseberries are both a little lower but rhubarb at less than 1g carbs per 100g has to beat all the berries hands down.That's a handy graphic @Robbity . Thanks, I printed it off for the kitchen!

I used to like apple and blackberry pie when I lived in the UK, unfortunately blackberry vines are a noxious weed and are poisoned here in Australia.Been scoffing apples and blueberries stewed
Actually just a pretty picture to indicate for you where bananas live in the fruit hierarchy carbs wise.That graph doesn't say, is it per pictured portion? per 100g? per single fruit? Not very useful.
