The context in which they put it was more aimed at sugar and HFCS along with fructose, I think we all know on here carbohydrates equate to sugar, but I felt that more emphasis should have been put on carbohydrate intake, as some people don't know they are one and the same. maybe the next episodes will go into that a little deeper, but still a good informative stab at the root cause one can only hope people will wake up and smell the unsweetened coffee, Dr Robert Lustig never fails to get the massage across, think he is spot on.ljwilson said:viviennem said:I was so pleased!
