The crackers and oatcakes are not good.
Full fat yoghurt is better.
I was eating full fat yoghurt, it had 12g per 109g sugar. The DN told me not to eat anything over 5g per 100g (that converts to sugar), I looked around my supermarket and this was the only thing I could find that fit the description
