Blood levels normal but now have headache and my whole body aches

I have struggled to get my blood levels down but now they are I feel terrible any ideas why?

could it be a false hypo? How fast did you reduce your BG levels and from how high?

It is possible to build up a "tolerance" to high unhealthy BS. (Not unlike alcohol or drugs dependency.) Though this will cause long term damage.
The feeling maybe a "withdrawal" of sorts as you acclimatise to healthier blood sugar parameters..

Could be an electrolyte issue - try adding some salt and see if that makes you feel better.
