Blood Sugar in High 20's and GP not helping, please advise

He's not a bad person, doesn't drink or smoke. We have been married 44 years, lol
But have never felt I come first. He has a friend that is depressed at the moment, but he has know idea how I am feeling. No point trying to talk to him about it.

Yes im still sore but getting better, my hospital appt't is 9th march,hows you muggle?
