Team Blood Glucose are hosting a cycle ride around Box Hill in Surrey on the 6th July. Free and open to all, there will be three levels of ride difficulty, so it doesn't matter if you're a cycling newbie or a pro - you'll be made to feel welcome.:)

Not long to go now!
Anyone who fancies joining a cycle on the 6th July - three rides to cater to different fitness levels.
An opportunity to have a fun day out riding and perhaps more importantly an opportunity to share and learn about blood glucose control with exercise.
For anyone who lives locally but doesn't cycle, you may want to use the opportunity for a pleasant day out walking - and meet up with us at the Box Hill cafe. A number of the cyclists will be stopping off there on the ride sometime between 11.30am and 1pm.:)

Hi guys!

Great to have you with us Brightside!
The return journey back down into Dorking was far easier (though perhaps that had something to do with the flapjack!) We'll keep you posted as to the next event - in the meantime, keep up the great work!:)

So I've gone and done it now! Put my name down and paid me money for two stages of the mhealth tour!

I'm either nuts stupid or just plain crazy!
