I'd have your cold pressed olive oil at least 50 / 50 other fats..if you are at a tablespoon each of butter/coconut in bulletproof ... that's 2-3 tablespoons of olive with your breakfast/lunch..total 4-5 tablespoons of butter/coconut and olive...a good 450-550 cal energyPs any tips will be more than welcome.
