Cannot log into low cal diet information

I am registered for the last several months and have been receiving emails and can log in here. I cannot, however, access any of the low cal diet material. I try to log in and it asks me to be sure my address and password are correct. I try to reset my password and the message is 'We were unable to find a user with this email, please try again.' Yet I am getting emails to the address that is not recognised. I joined for my health, and now I will have to leave, for my sanity.

I am using Firefox.
 
I also use firefox. Which information are you trying to access? Is it this stuff that appears when you first log in?

(sorry that didn't copy as I'd expected). As far as the password problem goes, do you have another email address at all? (most people have more than one) if you do - try using it and see what happens. I'm sure Admin will be able to help you (much better than me) if you contact them - there's a link (Contact Us) at the bottom of the page.
 
No, ExD, when I click to log in to Low carb diet I get a Join of log in page and cannot get further than that.

She mails me every week to tell me how many weeks I ve been on the die but I cant log into the diet. Perhaps I should just unsubscribe, but there may be others in the same circumstances who have not bothered to complain.
