Type 1 Carb Counting

Please can I just ask how many Type 1
Diabetics Count Carbs to know how much
Insulin to Administer. Also What App do
You Use ???

Yes I do count carbs and inuse either myfitness pal or carbs and cals

I suspect the vast majority of Type 1's have to count carbs to have any kind of control
Personally I don't use any apps, I just read what the packaging says or base it on learnt experience (when eating out) over the years

There were no apps when I was diagnosed, in fact there were no mobile phones, or even home blood glucose testing

I’m blind so unless I’vt a person there to read the package I find apps easier
