Chinese takeaway food is a bit of a minefield. Many dishes include sugar (avoid anything labelled sweet & sour

). I substituted bean sprouts for rice last time we had a takeaway which worked pretty well, and reluctantly avoided mopping up the sauce with anything.
I have been pleasantly surprised with the way weight has fallen off since I went much lower carb.
