Did similar yesterday to accompany butcher sourced (real) burgers:Gunna marinate these chook legs in a mix of Nando's peri peri marinade and a good dash of their peri peri sauce, just to liven them up.

There is also an extra hot version but that is just silly.
Wowsers that looks superb.. if only we were allowed to travel you'd have guests..Today’s ginormous OMAD about to go in the oven for reverse searing. Not sure it will fit in the frying pan for the final stage!
