Thak you, I will try that xI just buy the darkest. Leave it in the fridge and have a piece now and again.
There are other chocolates I like but leave them until Christmas.....
I cannot stop eating chocolate. I crave it! I try not to buy it but somehow it ends up coming home with me! I nave been diabetic, type 2, for over 20 years. I have never had this problem to this extent. I have a sweet tooth. My BMs are around 7mmols. Anybody had this problem? As anyone got any advice? Thank you for reading.
I agree it’s addiction - I thank my lucky stars I don’t have a sweet tooth. It must be very difficult for it to be constantly on your mind. Well done in reducing your consumption & sticking it out @Sarah69 I know from your previous posts how much you used to eat so you’ve done wellI think it’s very hard not to eat chocolate. I was and probably still am addicted to it. I believe it’s a true addiction. I couldn’t go a day without it, if I didn’t buy any it was constantly on my mind and I had to go to the shop to get some. I still do it but not as much as I used to. I eat milk chocolate, I can’t stand dark chocolate.
I LOVE chocolate too! I buy [emoji[emoji6]][emoji6]%* from Hotel Chocolate. They also have small slabs with nuts in them) The finger sticks*, I limit myself to no more than fingers. There’s also dark chocolate brazils no more than. This is NOT a total I eat together every day Just a choice.
Yeah I’m a choc a holiday too
I love Hotel Chocolate too. The good thing about it, besides the taste, is that it’s so expensive that you make it last.I LOVE chocolate too! I buy 85%* from Hotel Chocolate. For milk chocolate lovers who are reducing their carbs, Sainsbury's has a sugar-free milk chocolate bar. I never tried it, but its dark equivalent is very good. Also, Marks and Spencer has a reduced sugar milk chocolate bar.I think it’s very hard not to eat chocolate. I was and probably still am addicted to it. I believe it’s a true addiction.
